Caroline received a BA in Studio Art and minor in Chemistry from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Shortly after graduation, she was a conservation intern then conservation assistant at the Phillips Collection. Caroline also worked at Archival Art Services in Alexandria, Virginia, Rosen- baum & Assoc., and Albro Conservation in the greater D.C. area. While in D.C., she was a research assistant in the conservation science and paintings conservation labs of the National Gallery of Art. This summer, she completed an internship at The Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Florida.
