María Cristina Ramos
María is from Caguas, Puerto Rico where she earned both an MA in Cultural Agency and Administration and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. She spent five years at the Museo de Arte de Ponce in Ponce, Puerto Rico gaining experience in paintings and paper conservation. María also participated in the prestigious Pfizer Inc. fellowship program through the University of Puerto Rico and is currently completing her third year internship in paper conservation at the Art Institute of Chicago.
