Grace completed a pre-program internship at Athena Art Conservation, a private practice focusing on paintings conservation in New York City. While in New York, she earned a BA in art history from Columbia University where she participated in two archaeological digs at Hadrian’s Villa, a UNESCO World Heritage site near Rome. During one of the digs, she also completed an Advanced Training workshop in the Restoration of Frescos. In addition, Grace was a conservator at Center Art Studio in New York treating both paintings and objects. This past summer, she had an internship at the Museum of Modern Art and is remaining in New York to complete her third-year internship at the Whitney Museum of American Art in the paintings conservation lab.
