Patricia H. and Richard E. Garman Art Conservation Department

Meredeth has been with the Department since 2002 and her many job responsibilities include: managing the Department budget; maintaining the Department's overall financial health keeping track of all endowments, investment accounts, & allocations; administering all aspects of our graduate student fellowship budget; writing, reporting, and supervising all Department grants (private foundation and federal); maintaining working relationships with all granting agencies; overseeing all department donations and donor relations; running fundraising campaigns and initiatives; taking care of all alumni relations and advising our alumni board; designing and writing all Department publications and recruiting materials; maintaining and writing content for Department website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts; planning and managing all Department events and conferences; and teaching grant writing skills to our graduate students.

She has also been involved in exhibition design and installation for the Department working to build an awareness of our program with recent exhibits at SUNY Central's offices in Albany and local exhibits at the Buffalo History Museum and Buffalo Museum of Science.
