Maeve O'Shea
Maeve spent two years working for EverGreene Architectural Arts as a conservation technician working on projects at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum ranging from spacecraft and carved marble to painted murals. She earned a BA in art history from Kent State University and was a collections volunteer at the University Museum. Maeve was also an intern at the Zion National Park in Springdale, Utah with the National Council for Preservation and Education in addition to completing a conservation internship at the Cleveland Museum of Art. She completed her third-year internship in textiles conservation at the National Parks Service, Harpers Ferry Center in West Virginia and she is staying there as a newly appointed Textile Conservation Specialist/Research Associate with the Great Basin Institute.
