Sophie Hunter
Sophie was a conservation technician at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History in Washington D.C. before starting her graduate studies and has a BA in History from the University of Chicago. In addition, Sophie had pre-program internships at Gold Leaf Studios in Washington, D.C., Autry National Center in Los Angeles, and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles. Last summer, she interned at the ECRO school in Guadalajara treating wall murals and is currently a third year objects conservation intern at Museums of New Mexico in Santa Fe.
