Amanda Burr

Before coming to Buffalo, Amanda was a conservation technician at the UCLA Library Conservation Center and the Academy of Motion Pictures Margaret Herrick Library, both in Los Angeles. She earned a BA in Art History from Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, in addition to a Certificate in Art Conservation from Studios Art Centers International in Florence, Italy. Amanda also spent time interning at The Huntington Library and returned to UCLA Libraries for her third-year internship in book conservation. She is now the Book and Paper Conservator at The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, California.
