Jeffrey S. Peachey Named Annual Historical Book Structures Instructor

The Library and Archives Conservation Education (LACE) Consortium is thrilled to announce that book conservator and scholar of historical bookbindings Jeffrey S. Peachey is the new Instructor of the annual Historical Book Structures Practicum. The LACE Consortium at The Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation, the Conservation Center of the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University, and the Patricia H. and Richard E. Garman Art Conservation Department at SUNY Buffalo State is funded by a generous grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to further the education of library and archives conservators within the three comprehensive U.S. graduate programs in conservation of cultural materials.

The HBSP summer course for LACE students will be held at Delaware and Buffalo in alternating years. Jeff begins teaching this summer at Delaware and will be teaching the course here at Buffalo in summer 2019.
